Overview
This policy explains how this website handles information submitted through forms, optional analytics, private demo pages, and browser-based voice demonstrations.
Information you provide
Contact forms may collect your name, work email, company, phone number, business type, approximate call volume, and message. Private demos use the business information configured for that specific demo link.
Microphone and voice demos
The website does not request microphone access on page load. Access is requested only after you choose to start a browser demo and accept the on-screen notice. Audio and transcripts may be processed by the configured voice provider. Use fictional contact details in demonstrations.
Analytics
Microsoft Clarity loads when the site opens to provide session analytics. Depending on the visitor’s consent state and region, it may use cookies or operate in a limited cookieless mode. First-party conversion events may record a page path, campaign parameters, device category, and event name. Analytics does not record microphone audio, call transcripts, or application secrets.
Contact submissions
Submitted contact requests are stored in the application’s protected data volume so the team can respond. Access should be restricted to authorized operators and retained only as long as needed for the request and applicable obligations.
Cookies and local storage
Essential storage may remember privacy and voice-demo consent choices. Optional analytics storage is used only when allowed through the privacy controls.
Recording and consent
Call recording is not assumed. If recording is enabled in a live deployment, appropriate disclosures, consent handling, retention, and local legal requirements must be configured for that use.
Your choices
You can change analytics choices using “Privacy choices” in the footer. You can also contact us to ask about a submitted request.
